The courses listed here are approved by the State of Illinois. Upon successful completion of the required home study exam, 12 hours of continuing education credit will be awarded.
ISC is a licensed distributor of Kaplan home study materials and Insurance Education Specialists home study courses. The study materials, along with the test, will be sent directly to you. Once you have studied the materials and completed the test, return the test in the enclosed envelope to ISC for grading and certification of continuing education credit to the State of Illinois. You will be sent notification of the test results and confirmation of the state filing.
If you fail the test and still want continuing education credit, you must submit another $25 exam fee and take an alternate exam on the same topic.Important Notice: The approved hours for our courses are subject to change by the Illinois Insurance Department. Study your course when you receive it and return the exam for grading no later than 6 months from the date you receive it. In order to assure that C.E. credits will be granted by the State of Illinois, ISC recommends that you return your exam as soon as possible.
